(Reuters) – Delta Air Lines Inc on Wednesday announced a marketing agreement with Airbnb, becoming one of the largest established companies in the travel industry to embrace the 8-year-old apartment-sharing service. Delta, the world's No. 2 airline by passenger traffic, said customers can earn award miles toward free flights when booking stays with Airbnb. U.S. sues DirecTV for illegal information trading during Dodgers talks

The U.S. Justice Department filed a lawsuit on Wednesday against DirecTV, alleging the company acted as a ringleader to unlawfully swap information with rival pay-TV companies during negotiations over whether to show Dodgers baseball games in the Los Angeles area. The department said DirecTV, now owned by AT&T , swapped information with Cox Communications, Charter Communications and AT&T, to win bargaining leverage against Time Warner Cable, which distributes a channel showing Dodgers games in Los Angeles.

The SPAC will be called Landcadia, a combination of the names Landry's and Leucadia, and plans to raise as much as $300 million in an initial public offering (IPO), the people said. SPACs, also known as blank-check acquisition companies, have no assets but use IPO proceeds, together with bank financing, to buy other companies and boost their value through operational improvements.
